Liverpool and Wales legend, Ian Rush, spoke about Mohamed Salah and his future with the Reds and claiming that he’s the best player in the world.
Salah had a respectable 2020/2021 season, scoring 31 goals across all competitions, and has taken his form into the new season. In just nine games this campaign, he found the back of the net on nine occasions, with six of them coming in his last six appearances.
“I’ve said this before, right, at the present moment, on current form, Mo Salah is the best player in the world!” he excitedly tells the ECHO in an exclusive chat,” Rush told Liverpool ECHO.
“Cristiano Ronaldo has gone to Manchester United and yes, he is doing OK. Lionel Messi has gone to Paris Saint-Germain and it has taken a bit of time to settle in but Salah has taken it to a different level.
