Liverpool FC has announced a special tribute program for Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, following his confirmed departure from the club at the end of the 2025-2026 season. The tribute will also include Scottish defender Andy Robertson, marking the end of a long and distinguished career at the club.
Liverpool is scheduled to play its final match of the season against Brentford next Sunday at Anfield, in the 38th round of the English Premier League. This match will be the last appearance for both Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson in a Liverpool shirt.
The club explained in its official statement that Anfield will have a special atmosphere to bid farewell to the duo. Festive banners will be displayed in the stands to express the fans' appreciation for their contributions during their time with the team. The statement also indicated that fans in the Kop stand will lead the tribute to Mohamed Salah, while Andy Robertson will receive a special tribute from fans in the lower tier of the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.
