On Friday, a special exhibition, "Life at Balmoral," was opened celebrating Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee at her Scottish home at Balmoral.

The exhibition displayed several belongings of Her Majesty as part of her 70-year-reign that were used by the Royal Family during their stay at their holiday residence.

In addition, there were various dresses and outfits worn by the head of the British throne at the annual Balmoral ball events, in addition to her outfits for her Scottish Highlands trips.

One of the exhibited items is a famous contemporary artwork called "The Salmon School" by Joseph Rossano.

It is worthy to mention that Queen Elizabeth headed the senior Royalties in the first memorial services dedicated to Prince Philip at Westminister Abbey, on Tuesday.

The event was a celebration of the late Duke of Edinberg’s life achievements as the Queen’s consort. He was described as a “remarkable man” committed to “down-to-earth” causes.

The services were the first major public event that saw the 95-year-old monarch’s appearance since her recovery from Coronavirus.
