The Health Ministry in Lebanon on Saturay confirmed 779 new coronavirus cases, raising the total number of diagnosed cases in the country to 28,297.
The ministry recorded five death cases, settling the death toll at 286.
It is worth mentioning that a huge explosion hit Beirut on Tuesday 4 August 2020, killing 154 and injuring more than 5000 people.
