The Syndicates of Journalists and Editors in Lebanon decided to stop working on newspapers on August 4, on the anniversary of the declaration of national mourning due to the Beirut port explosion tragedy, and in solidarity with the families of the martyrs and wounded.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported today, Wednesday, that this painful anniversary falls on Sunday, August 4.
He pointed out that this comes in accordance with the decision of the Councils of the Syndicates of Journalists and Editors, the Unions of Printing Workers' Unions and Printing Distribution Companies, and the Syndicate of Graphic Designers in Lebanon.
