Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that his country is keen on settling the issue of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD), stressing that necessity of holding a tripartite dialogue among the three downstream countries.
During après conference with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry, Lavrov added that his country adopts an important role within the African Union regarding this matter.
