Iraqi Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Fuad Hussein will pay an official visit to Moscow on November 25, to hold talks with Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, according to Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
"From November 25-26, Iraq's deputy prime minister and foreign minister will be paying a working visit to Moscow. This will be his first visit to the Russian capital in the capacity of the foreign minister," the spokeswoman said.
Zakharova added that both ministers are set to discuss key regional and international issues, foremost of which, the latest situation in Syria, and Yemen.
They will also discuss the operation of the Russian-Iraqi intergovernmental commission.
