With the match heading into stoppage time and Hearts pushing for a crucial result, Daizen Maeda and Callum Osmand struck late goals to crush the visitors’ hopes and ignite wild celebrations at Celtic Park.
In the final seconds, Osmand added a dramatic finish into an empty net, triggering a pitch invasion from jubilant Celtic supporters as the final whistle confirmed the championship.
The victory marks Celtic’s 14th league title in the last 15 seasons. However, this campaign proved one of their most challenging, with Hearts leading the table for much of the season.
