Laila Elwy's “Mama Hamel” Gets Poster, Release Date

Synergy films released Tuesday the poster for renowned actress Laila Elwy's new film “Mama Hamel” (Mom is Pregnant).

The company added that the film will hit the theaters on June 2nd.

The film is a PG12 comedy genre that also stars Bayoumi Fouad, Hamdy El-Merghany, Mohamed Salam, Nancy Salah, Mohamed Tharwat, Hoda Eletreby, Samy Maghawry, and others.

“Mama Hamel” is written by Loua Al Sayed and directed by Mahmoud Karim.

The plot centered around a rich family who faces many comical situations after the lady of the house (Elwy), who is already a mother to two grown men, (Merghany and Salam), becomes pregnant once again.

The movie marks Elwy's come back to the big screen after four years of absence since 2016’s film “Al Ma’ wal Khodra wal Wajh al Hassan” (Brooks, Meadows and Lovely Faces).
