Iconic Egyptian actress Laila Elwi was selected to chair the Bahrain Film Festival (BFF) Feature Film competition jury, the festival announced on Monday.
The first edition of the festival will take place between April 1-5, in addition, it will be organized under the theme of "Cinema for You." Also, it is organized by the Bahrain Cinema Club
The festival was scheduled to kick off in March 2020 before it was postponed to April 2021.
It was supposed to screen almost 200 films from Arab countries only.
The films will be screened in five categories: Feature, short film, documentary, animated films, students' films, and Women films.
