KSA national football team will host Egypt national football team in an international friendly scheduled for March 27 in Jeddah, according to Saudi media reports.

The match comes as both teams continue their preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, set to take place next summer.

The Saudi newspaper Arriyadiyah reported via its account on the platform X that the Saudi national team will also play a second friendly against the Serbia national football team on March 31 in Belgrade.

Meanwhile, Branko Radujko, secretary-general of the Football Association of Serbia, expressed appreciation to the Saudi federation for its cooperation in organizing the friendly between the two teams, which had previously been announced in an official statement by the Serbian federation.

Radujko added that the Serbian federation is currently finalizing arrangements for upcoming friendlies against Spain national football team and KSA, noting that full details will be announced to fans in the coming days.

For KSA, head coach Hervé Renard is expected to announce the squad for the upcoming training camp within the next few hours.

The “Green Falcons” were initially scheduled to face Egypt and Serbia on March 26 and March 30 in Doha, but both the dates and venues were later adjusted.

KSA will compete in Group H at the 2026 World Cup alongside Spain national football team, Uruguay national football team and Cape Verde national football team.
