Today, Saudi the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance terminated about 100 preachers in KSA because of their failure to follow the ministry's directives that warned against the Muslim Brotherhood.

The General Department of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance requested to fire the detected preachers who are not following the instructions of Minister of Islamic Affairs Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Sheikh.

The ministry issued orders to all preachers in KSA, warning against the danger of the Brotherhood in the Friday sermon on Nov.13.

The preachers were instructed to highlight certain points of the statement issued by the Council of Senior Scholars, banning the Brotherhood after labeling them as a terrorist group.

The Council of Senior Scholars stated that the Brotherhood group does not represent Islam and it is a deviant group which urges people to turn against their rulers.

The Council continued that such group is working to serve their own goals, cause discord and incite violence which is contrary to the teachings of Islam.

With that, all preacher across KSA devoted their sermons to warn against the groups which are operating under the cloak of religion. Also, they stressed the crucial importance of unity and avoiding discord.

Moreover, the council added that the ministry will not show any tolerance toward those who do not abide by the approach of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah, which are the constitution of the country.

The Council declared that the kingdom is clear about the groups which exploit religion to obtain political or worldly goals.
