Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia and Ukraine will hold a third round of negotiations, during which they will discuss draft memoranda of understanding previously discussed.
Peskov said, in response to a question from the Russian news agency TASS, as reported on Thursday: "The third round will be held, and discussions will begin with draft memoranda of understanding previously exchanged by the two sides."
Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, previously stated that modern Ukraine requires not only disarmament, but also that its population learn to live independently and be responsible for their actions.
