A Kremlin spokesman said on Tuesday that President Vladimir Putin will pay a working visit to the UAE and Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.
In response to a question about whether Putin would discuss possible coordinated moves in global oil markets during his visit, spokesman Dmitry Peskov added that such talks are held within the framework of the OPEC+ group, but the matter is always on the agenda.
The visit comes after OPEC+, which includes the three countries, agreed last Thursday on additional voluntary production cuts of about 2.2 million barrels per day.
