Dmitry Peskov, Spokesman for the Russian Presidency (the Kremlin), stated today, Monday, that a meeting between the Russian and American delegations is unlikely to take place yet, noting that there are no specific details regarding the negotiations.
According to the RIA Novosti news agency, Peskov told reporters in response to a question about whether a meeting between the Russian and US delegations regarding a peace agreement was expected this week: "Not yet."
He referred to Russian President Vladimir Putin's previous statements that Russia remains open to such contacts.
