Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly is reportedly signed with the Saudi Al Hilal, although he was so close to moving to Inter Milan, media reports said on Wednesday.
According to Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the 31-year-old will receive €30 million per season.
Inter Milan attempted to sign former Napoli defender Koulibaly this summer, and they offered to take the Senegalese international on loan from the Blues.
Reliable Fabrizio Romano tweeted that Kalidou Koulibaly has agreed to a move to Al Hilal.
No official contract has been signed as of yet, there is a verbal agreement between the player and the Saudi Arabian club.
The Blues agreed to a deal to sell Koulibaly, Hakim Ziyech, Edouard Mendy, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to teams in Saudi Arabia. On the other hand, Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku wants to have another loan to Inter Milan.
