Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp asserted that Mohamed Salah is not for sale, and Liverpool wouldn't entertain any move for Salah from the club.
Liverpool didn't receive any formal bid for Salah as they believed that the club would resist such a move, the German coach said.
He said: “There is nothing to talk about from our point of view,” said Klopp. “We don’t have an offer. Mo Salah is a Liverpool player and obviously for all the things we do [he is] essential, was and will be," asserting: “There’s nothing there, and if there would be something then the answer would be no. That’s it pretty much.”
Klopp added: “My life philosophy is that I think about the problem when I have it. There is absolutely nothing at the moment. If there is something coming up, then I can think about it, but like I said, if there would be something [an offer] then it would be a no.”
Finally, he was asked if Salah is still fully committed to Liverpool, and he replied: “100 percent.”
