Liverpool’s head coach Jürgen Klopp has been nominated for December's Premier League player of the month award.
Three Premier League managers are competing to win this prize; Watford's head coach Nigel Pearson, Man Utd's manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp.
Klopp won this prize during the current season two times before in August and September.
The winner will be decided through a public referendum on the Premier League official website, which was then combined with those of the 20 club captains plus a panel of football experts.
During December, Liverpool delivered an outstanding performance as they secured the victory in all the games they played.
The Reds pulled off five victories against Everton (5-2), Bournemouth (3-0), Watford (3-0), Wolves (1-0), and second-placed Leicester City (4-0).
On the other hand, Pearson guided Watford during their six clashes in December to pull off two victories, lose two and draw in two other games.
"Pearson oversaw Watford's first home win of the season in his first match in charge at Vicarage Road, beating Manchester United. He has since taken the Hornets off the bottom with a 1-1 draw at Sheffield United and a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa," the Premier League official website reported.
While Gunnar Solskjaer led Man Utd to win four encounters, lose one and draw two other encounters.
"The Norwegian led his side to back-to-back victories over Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, before ending the month with two more wins against Newcastle United and Burnley," the Premier League website said.
