On Friday, Liverpool's Coach Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Mohamed Salah is “in contention” to participate in Liverpool's game against Brentford in the Premier League.
Salah sustained a hamstring injury during Egypt's National Game against Ghana in the group stage of the 2023 AFCON.
Klopp said: “Mo’s back in full training. That brings him automatically back in contention of course.”
Salah missed 8 games with Liverpool in various competitions.
Aside from his injury, the future of Salah with the Reds become a hot topic for news, especially after the increasing efforts of the Saudi club to sign Salah, and the intentions of Paris Saint-Germain to sign the Egyptian after the departure of Kylian Mbappe this Summer.
