Al Ahly's midfielder Mahmoud Kahraba tested positive once again for coronavirus on Sunday.
The Red Devils had announced days before that Kahraba contracted the respiratory disease, and he has been ruled out of the Egypt Cup encounter against Abu Qir.
The Egyptian Premier League champions defeated Abu Qir 2-1 to reach the Egyptian Cup semi-finals.
According to the last coronavirus swab taken from Kharaba, the player will resume the self-isolation, and he will not attend the training session till he tests negative for Covid-19.
It is worth mentioning that Al Ahly gear up for Friday's CAF Champions League finals against Zamalek at Cairo Stadium.
