On Saturday, Serie A will witness several key Serie clashes as the challenge for the table lead is escalated.

Juventus will host Lecce at the Allianz Stadium, on the other hand, Roma will face a stern test away to Atalanta in Bergamo.

Both matches are part of the Round 18 of the Serie A.

Juventus will welcome Lecce, aiming to extend their recent positive run and climb further up the Serie A standings.

The Turin giants are also looking to reinforce their historical dominance over Lecce.

Juventus currently sit fifth in the league table with 32 points and are keen to close the gap on the leading pack that includes Inter, AC Milan, Napoli, and Roma.

Lecce, meanwhile, are battling near the bottom, occupying 16th place with 16 points as they continue their fight to avoid relegation.

Later in the evening, attention shifts to Bergamo, where Atalanta host Roma at the Gewiss Stadium in one of the round’s marquee clashes.

Roma head into the game determined to keep pace in the title race.

The capital-based club are fourth with 33 points, just three behind the league leaders, having won 11 of their 17 matches so far, while suffering six defeats.

Roma have scored 20 goals and conceded 11, underlining their solid defensive structure.

Atalanta, on the other hand, are placed 10th with 22 points, following a mixed campaign that has seen them win five matches, draw seven, and lose five. They have scored 20 goals and conceded 19.

The fixture carries special significance for Roma head coach Gian Piero Gasperini, who faces his former club.

Gasperini spent nine seasons in charge of Atalanta, guiding them through a historic period that culminated in winning the Europa League in the 2023–2024 season, defeating Bayer Leverkusen in the final to claim the first major European trophy in the club’s history.
