Jordan’s Abdullah II Thanks Egypt’s Sisi for ‘Sincere Feelings’

King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, expressed his thanks and appreciation for President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s sincere fraternal feelings, following a phone call on Tuesday.

“Sisi made a phone call this evening with his brother, His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan,” said Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.

Sisi offered the sincere condolences of Egypt’s government and people over the victims of the tragic accident that took place at the port of Al Aqaba yesterday. He prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant the victims the highest place in paradise and to inspire their families patience and solace, wishing the injured a speed recovery.

On his part, the Jordanian King stressed the strong historical relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples.
