Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh condemned the brutal Israeli aggression that took place on the Al-Tabi'een School in the Al-Daraj neighborhood in the Gaza Strip, stressing that the aggression constitutes an additional crime added to the "record of shame in the series of crimes, war crimes, crimes against humanity and serious violations that the Israeli occupation authorities and the Israeli occupation army have been practicing and continue to practice in Gaza and the West Bank, which constitute in their entirety a clear violation of the rules of international law and international humanitarian law, and before that a violation of human values and dignity.
This came at the beginning of the Jordanian Council of Ministers session headed by Al-Khasawneh today, Sunday, where he began it by expressing clear and explicit condemnation of this Israeli aggression on the school.
Al-Khasawneh expressed his continued condemnation of the crisis-ridden aggressive behavior practiced by some of the Israeli political spectrum that feeds on the continued bloodshed, the violation of the sovereignty of states and the decline to the level of political assassinations The abhorrent, condemned and rejected, including what we witnessed of the violation of Lebanese sovereignty and also the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, which Jordan condemned.
The Jordanian Prime Minister stressed that this escalation and descent to this level of crimes, in addition to the use of starvation as a weapon against our people in the Gaza Strip and the violence of settlers in the West Bank, always coincides with negotiations in which hopes are high for achieving an exchange deal and a ceasefire that leads to stopping the ongoing and horrific killing and slaughter machine committed against our people in the Gaza Strip.
Al-Khasawneh said that we must always continue in this noble endeavor alongside our efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to the extent available to our people in the Gaza Strip, and to support our people in the West Bank with the humanitarian aid they need.
