Today, Friday, the Jordanian Ministry of Health announced the suspension of centers designated to give anti-Corona vaccines to citizens across the kingdom, due to dire weather conditions.

The ministry indicated in a press statement that the vaccination teams will resume the process of giving vaccinations in the approved centers and according to the lists published by the ministry, on its official websites on a daily basis.

It is noteworthy that the Jordanian Ministry of Health publishes daily, on its website and pages on social media, lists of the names of centers where various coronavirus vaccines are available and for all doses.

On the other hand, the ministry announced that the centers designated to withdraw PCR samples are operating according to the lists published on the ministry’s websites and its affiliated pages on social media.

Last Monday, Jordan recorded the highest daily death toll from the Coronavirus, which amounted to 11,478 cases, in addition to 15 deaths from the virus.

In its daily report, the Jordanian Ministry of Health said that 15 deaths and 11,478 new infections with the Coronavirus were recorded in the Kingdom; bringing the total number to 13,088 deaths and 1,152,526 injuries.

The percentage of positive tests last Monday was 22.98%, and the number of currently active cases reached 49,357 cases, while the number of cases that were admitted on that day to hospitals was 158 cases.

But the number of cases that left hospitals was 107, while the total number of confirmed cases that received treatment in hospitals was 714 cases.

A Jordanian official expected, last Monday, that 10 thousand cases of Coronavirus would be recorded daily in the country during the next week.
