American Hip-hop icon Jennifer Lopez showing off her insanely fit body in the new music video for her song "In The Morning", which was released Wednesday on Triller, a new social video application.

Lopez gave her fans a peek on Instagram. In the video, she transforms into different ethereal creatures, such as a mermaid and an angel. She looked extremely toned from head to toe.

"And I loved you even more than I loved me ...🧚🏽‍♂️ I am soooo excited for you to see the official video for #InTheMorning ☀️☀️ " she captioned the video.

Lopez added: "It’s full of symbolism about a dark one-sided relationship and the realization that you can’t change anyone else ... you can only change yourself!!! Grow your own wings and walk away from anyone or anything that doesn’t truly value all you have to offer. 💚💙🧡💜,"

So, how does the "Marry Me" star look so great at age of 51? Well, to get those six-pack abs, she does a seriously intense circuit.

Lopez and her trainers have been pretty open about her diet. It’s just extremely tough.

According to her trainers, the singer is only allowed 1400 calories a day.

LA trainer Tracy Anderson, Jen’s West Coast fitness, pulged on her website that she has Lopez eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she is doing.

"It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food… everything is fresh,” Anderson added.

First thing in the morning, the singer shared with People magazine for a food diary a couple of years back, that she starts with just a health shake:

The Berry Good Smoothie

  • 1 scoop of BodyLab TastyShake
  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

However, she makes the beverage with quinoa milk or water instead of cow’s milk.

Kale salad with queso salad for lunch:

  • 1 bunch of kale, large stems removed and leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. toasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2/3 oz. crumbled queso
  • 2/3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 of a large shallot, minced
  • sea salt to taste

Meat for dinner:

  • 1 boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sautéed brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup baked yams with sea salt

All that and a single cookie for dessert.

Trainer Dodd Romero has since upped the protein in her diet. She now eats grass-fed beef, salmon, and sea bass.

She also snacks, but always healthy. Lopez told Hello! Magazine that she always carry fruit and veggies with her to give her something to snack on between meals.

The singer also drinking plenty of water, especially before a workout, can help self push yourself harder and get more out of your exercise routine.
