Jan 26: Egypt Faces Moderate Weather on Sunday, Cairo 20°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderate weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt during Sunday's daylight hours.

Moderately warm weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.

Winds will be active in South Sinai and the south of the country.

The country will also witness mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Light rainfall will prevail in North Coast and Lower Egypt, at intermittent periods. It could be thunderous in Alexandria, and same parts of the Canal cities. 

Extremely cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours and at the end of the nighttime.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 20°C in Cairo, 18°C in Alexandria, 19°C in Marsa Matruh, 23°C in Sohag, 26°C in Qena, and 26°C in Aswan.
