Aston Villa have officially announced the signing of England international Jadon Sancho on loan from Manchester United until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Sancho first joined United in the summer of 2021 from Borussia Dortmund. He later returned to the Bundesliga side on loan in the second half of the 2023/24 campaign, helping them reach the Champions League final.
Last season, the winger spent another loan spell at Chelsea, making this his third move away from Old Trafford.
Sancho is expected to make his Aston Villa debut after the international break, with Unai Emery’s side facing Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, September 13.
Manchester United wished him well in an official statement: “We wish Jadon the best of luck in his new journey with Aston Villa.”
