The three goals were scored during the first half of the game by Romarinho, Kante, and Karim Benzema.
Benzema set a new record by becoming the first player who scored in 4 different editions of the tournament.
The Al-Amid (The Chief) will face Al Ahly on Friday in the quarter-final of the tournament.
Tonight, the FIFA Club World Cup kicked off at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah.The winner of Al Ahly, and Al Ittihad game will face Fluminense on Saturday 18 December.
