Ittihad Jeddah superstar Ahmed Hegazy finalized the second stage of the medical program after sustaining an ACL injury early this year, Saudi outlets reported on Tuesday.
The reports highlighted that Nuno Santo, the coach of the team, is following the progress of the Hegazy and his medical program.
In addition, Hegazy will continue his program, especially for his left knee, outside Saudi Arabia to return faster than expected.
Earlier, Saudi reports indicated that Ittihad Jeddah would release the Egyptian Ahmed Hegazy after sustaining an ACL injury early this year. However, the club may change their decision due to the failure of signing with Hegazy's replacement.
