Israeli Occupation Forces Detain 5 Palestinians in Bethlehem

The Israeli occupation forces detained on Saturday 5 Palestinians from Bethlehem in the West Bank.

Earlier, Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the violations committed by Israeli extremists protected by the Israeli forces against Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Ahmed Hafez, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, affirmed Egypt’s rejection of these violations, stressing that Egypt has always warned against harming Al-Aqsa Mosque.

He also indicated that a mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. Hence, the Israeli authorities are responsible for protecting worshipers to maintain security and stability and refrain from everything that contributes to creating any tension or action that leads to escalation.
