An Israeli judge hearing a lawsuit against  a soldier of Border Guards said that the soldier has shot a Palestinian youth. The youth did not pose any danger to the Israeli soldiers.

According to an Israeli 13 News Channel, the prosecutors describe that crime committed against the Palestinian young man as shooting fire for sport only.

The Hebrew channel revealed that incident took place before a year and a half approximately.

He shot a rubber bullet towards the Palestinian young man.

The bullet caused breaks to the  vertebrae. He was then taken to hospital for treatment.

The channel broadcasted a video footage about the crime.

The Israeli authorities did not reveal identity of the injured Palestinian who attempted to cross the line between the West Bank and the holy occupied Jerusalem via a checkpoint.

The Israeli soldier chased the youth out  and shot him at the back.

He raised his hands up but a soldier told him in Hebrew to down hands and walk normally.

He shot at him and cried due to severe pain.

The Israeli channel pointed out that prosecutors have launched an investigation with six leaders of the Border Guards.

There  is evidence  that a female soldier had shot towards  the Palestinian youth.

A  judge described that crime as sport or to get pleasure.

The Israeli channel broadcasted  a conversation on Whatsapp application between a soldier and his girlfriend.

He pretended that he shot the Palestinian youth and bragged at that.

He said to his she-amigo how you saw how I shot him!

But the investigations proved that this soldier did not shot the Palestinian youth.

State Prosecution in Israel issued a statement says that there is a legal basis to sue four of the six suspects of the Border Guards after closing probes into that crime.

Is worth to mention that the Israeli  police and other security agencies commit limitless crimes against the Palestinian civilians.
