Sources in the Israeli government warned that "dark weeks are ahead of the Hebrew state if the outbreak of the Omicron mutant continues."

According to Prime Minister's close sources, there is concern about the health-care system "collapsing."

Israel is following with concern the outbreak of the “Omicron” mutant in it.

Sources affiliated with the Prime Minister said that during the next two weeks, four million citizens must be vaccinated, some of them with the fourth dose, if approved, and others with the third dose, or childhood vaccinations.

The Corona Council in Israel approved, in a telephone referendum last night, amending the plan to deal with the pandemic in the education system.

A face-to-face study will not be conducted in the red and orange local areas in school grades from seventh to twelfth, where the vaccination rate is less than seventy percent.

The study will be either in an open area or via video, and in primary schools in these residential communities, work will be done to reduce contacts as much as possible between students, unless the vaccination rate in the classrooms exceeds seventy percent.

The data from the Israeli Ministry of Health showed that the epidemiological curve continued to escalate in light of the spread of the "Omicron" mutant, indicating that the infection with the Coronavirus was transmitted yesterday to between one thousand and 400 people.

Health Minister Karen Al-Harrar said that no decision has yet been taken regarding the fourth dose, indicating that anything must be done to prevent transmission and prevent serious infections with corona.

She considered that the goal is to overcome the Corona wave and try to avoid compromising as much as possible the normal course of life and economic facilities, noting that the residents of Israel are tired of the restrictions, but the government has received serious warnings about the Omicron mutant.
