Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced it has carried out the 58th wave of military operations targeting sites inside Israel, using advanced missiles and armed drones as part of the ongoing escalation.
In a statement, the IRGC said the latest wave involved the deployment of heavy Khorramshahr missiles, equipped with warheads weighing up to two tons, alongside Qadr missile systems. The operation marks a continued intensification of Iran’s missile campaign amid the widening regional conflict.
According to the IRGC, the strikes are part of a sustained series of retaliatory operations, with each wave reflecting an expansion in both scale and weapon capabilities.
Israeli media reported that at least one cluster-type missile struck multiple locations in central Israel, causing material damage. However, no casualties have been officially confirmed so far.
The latest attack comes as exchanges between Iran and Israel continue to escalate, with both sides carrying out repeated strikes and counterstrikes across the region, raising concerns over a broader and prolonged confrontation.
