An Iranian court has indicted 37 American citizens, including former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, in the case of the murdering of Iranian scientists between 2010 and 2012.

The indictment also included accusations against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and entities affiliated with the United States, such as the Department of Defense and the Federal Reserve Bank   (US central bank).

The US authorities were informed of the indictment through the Iranian Interests Section in Washington.

Court judge Salman Pour Maridi said that no courts have been set up in the world to convict the crimes of the United States of America (USA). The USA   and a number of its courts have issued rulings against Iran and Iranian citizens, and froze Iranian assets."

He continued to say, on the other hand, this is the only court in Iran that has powers to hear cases of international dimensions, and we are trying to condemn the American authorities and consider Israel an arm of the USA   in the region, and since we do not officially recognize this usurping entity (Israel), we did not mention it in the indictment."

The judge added that the report was submitted by the families of nuclear scientists who were victims of terrorist acts sponsored by the United States, and the American authorities were informed of this matter twice, but we did not receive any response or defense statement from Washington.

The lawyer for the victims' families said the communication is submitted against American citizens and authorities, including former Presidents Obama and    Donald J. Trump, for their involvement in terrorist acts that targeted Iranian nuclear scientists, martyrs who were assassinated in front of their families in cowardly terrorist operations.

The indictment includes 400 pages.

The judge of the Iranian court added that they are seeking to obtain compensation from the United States because of the financial and psychological damage caused to the families of the victims.
