The Iranian Embassy in India announced that a shipment of Indian medical aid arrived in Iran on Wednesday, where it was officially received by the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
In a statement posted on social media, the Iranian Embassy expressed its appreciation, stating: "The first batch of medical aid from the respected people of India has been delivered. We are sincerely grateful to the kind people of India."
According to statements by Ali Bahreini, Iran’s Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, the conflict in Iran has resulted in more than 1,300 deaths and over 7,000 injuries since its onset.
Simultaneously, the World Health Organization (WHO) reported 18 attacks on healthcare facilities, confirming that eight medical workers have been killed during the escalation.
