The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) have extradited the 3 fugitive suspects in the "Fairmont Case" to the Egyptian Security forces, after they had fled Egypt last month.

The three alleged gang rapers are Ahmed Helmy Tulan, Amr Hussein Mahmoud Ismail, and his brother Khaled Hussein.

Security services had addressed the Interpol last month to arrest the suspects and hand them over to Egypt.

Later, the Interpol announced that they were arrested on August 29, 2020 in the Lebanese town of Fatqa, based on the Public Prosecution's decision to pursue 7 defendants who had fled the country.
