Inter Milan Cruise Past Lazio With 3-0 Victory

Inter Milan secured a dominant 3-0 win over Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico in Round 36 of the 2025-2026 Serie A season.

Already crowned Italian champions, Inter continued their impressive form with another commanding performance away from home.

Lautaro Martinez opened the scoring early in the sixth minute to give the visitors a perfect start. Croatian midfielder Petar Sucic doubled the lead in the 39th minute as Inter headed into halftime with a comfortable advantage.

In the second half, Henrikh Mkhitaryan added a third goal in the 76th minute to complete the victory for the Nerazzurri.

Lazio’s problems worsened after defender Alessio Romagnoli was sent off in the 59th minute, forcing the hosts to finish the match with 10 men.

The result lifts Inter Milan to 85 points at the top of the Serie A standings, 15 points clear of second-placed Napoli. Lazio remain eighth with 54 points.

The match also served as important preparation for Inter ahead of next Tuesday’s Coppa Italia final in Rome, where the Italian champions will aim to add another trophy to an already successful season.
