Barcelona's game against Atletic Madrid is reportedly set to take place in Miami, Florida, US on December 22.
It could be the first La Liga game to be held overseas after the approval of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
Lionel Messi Inter Miami's Hard Rock Stadium could be the possible venue to host the league fixture.
Both clubs have been working with RFEF to move the fixture to the US.
In case of the confirmation, this would represent a long-term goal success for La Liga President Javier Tebas. He has been a great fan of moving La Liga games outside Spain.
Last April, Tebas confirmed that international league fixtures will happen in the near future, aiming to start such move with the 2025/2026 season.
Tebas previously attempted to host a league game in the US as he tried to move the game between FC Barcelona and Girona FC to Miami during the 2018/19 season. But, the decision was blocked by the national federation and FIFA.
