Inter Milan secured a dramatic 3-2 victory over Juventus in the Derby d’Italia clash, extending their lead at the top of the Serie A standings after a tense encounter that was decided in the final minutes.
Inter took the lead in the 17th minute through an own goal from Andrea Cambiaso, before the Juventus defender made amends by equalizing for the visitors nine minutes later.
The match turned just before halftime when Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu was sent off, forcing the visitors to continue the match with 10 players. 
The second half delivered more drama, as Francesco Pio Esposito restored Inter’s advantage in the 76th minute.
Juventus responded again through Manuel Locatelli in the 83rd minute, setting up a tense finale before Piotr Zielinski scored a last-minute winner in the 90th minute to seal all three points for the Nerazzurri.
The result lifted Inter to 61 points at the top of the Serie A table, eight points clear of second-placed AC Milan, while Juventus remained fourth with 46 points as the battle for Champions League qualification continues.
