Indian Embassy to Promote Tourism with Special Event in Cairo

The Embassy of India in Cairo is set to organize a Tourism Promotion Event on Thursday, 17 October 2024. 

Mrs. Youmna Elbahar, Deputy Minister of Tourism, will serve as the Chief Guest, accompanied by Ambassador Khaled Sarwat, Consultant of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Relations. 

The event will also welcome officials from the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, as well as over 100 representatives from airlines, tourism agencies, and social media influencers.

This initiative aims to strengthen bilateral tourism exchanges between India and Egypt, building on their shared histories as ancient centers of civilization. 

The long-standing cultural, economic, and diplomatic ties between the two nations span more than 4,000 years, fostering a deep legacy of mutual respect. 

The event invites Egyptians to explore India’s incredible diversity and cultural richness while celebrating the historical connections that continue to inspire both nations.
