Incredible India Campaign Launched in Cairo

 Ambassador of India to Egypt H.E. Mr. Ajit Gupte, today flagged off a tourism promotion Bus aimed at highlighting India as an attractive destination for Egyptians. The bus wrap shows diverse images from across India and bus will ply on popular routes in Cairo. 

Embassy of India has been very active for promotion of Tourism. Earlier in 2023, they organised a Tourism Promotion Roadhshow in a hotel in Tahrir Square where more than 40 Tour guides from Cairo participated. After the success of that event, the bus launch will be next event to promote India as a preferred destination for Egyptians. 

India provides a mix of Tourism avenues like Snow-clad mountains of the Himalayas, lush green evergreen forests on Western coast, grandeur of Indian forts and monuments in Northern India and series of Temples and tombs among others. 

It is worth mentioning that India is home to the Bolywood, Spicy food, plethora of silks and textiles and more than 40 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. India has something for everyone. With direct Cairo-New Delhi and Cairo-Mumbai flights, the distance between India and Egypt has been reduced to six hours only. Further, the Indian Consulate in Zamalek is proactive in issues Tourist visas to Egyptians. Indian Embassy plans to organise more events in near future to promote Indian Tourism.
