*What is the psychological effect of staying inside on the different family members?

No doubt, staying inside the house for long period of time leads to a lot arguments and fights. To overcome this, everyone should take part in a family activity like working out or playing board games to distract everyone from thinking and worrying about the virus.

*How can mothers reassure their kids as well as following all the health precautions?

The mothers should assure their kids that by following the precautions, they are safe of the virus as the food kept in the fridge.

*What are the suitable topics to discuss during dinner?

Recalling and remembering family vacations and funny situations as well as watching comedy movies are great ways to ease the tension during dinner.

Dr. Fekry had a great role with Ahly club players when they were being coached by Manuel Jose. Thus, the doctor believed that the psychological health is just as important as the physical health of the player.

*How can parents ease the tension of our children who are fond of athletics during the lockdown?

Showing your children videos of different celebrities and people working out at home is the best way to assure them as well as encouraging them to keep exercising at home.

Finally, these are hard times but there is no doubt that they will pass just as everything else did. However, most importantly stay home and keep your spirits high and hopeful.
