Hussein Labib was elected as the new President of Zamalek Sports Club to become the club's 25th president in the club's history.
Labib won the majority of votes, beating football icon Mostafa Gaafar, Mervet Al Sayed Ahmed, Maged El Hanbali, and Omar Haridy.
Moreover, the unified roster of Labib also won the majority of votes, including Hany Shokry, Hany Berzy, Hesham Nasr, Hossam El Mandouh, Nayera Al Ahmar, and Ahmed Soliman.
The biggest surprise of the elections was the loss of Hany Al Attal who ran for the club's vice president position, and he had fierce competition against Nasr who won the elections.
