Hundreds of trucks loaded with humanitarian aid lined up at the Rafah crossing on the Egyptian side this morning, preparing to depart for the Kerem Shalom and Auja crossings to bring aid into the Gaza Strip.

The number of trucks in the area has reached approximately 300, carrying food, medicine, medical supplies, and shelter materials. This aid is essential to meet the needs of Palestinians amid the difficult humanitarian conditions facing the Gaza Strip.

Some trucks have already moved toward the Kerem Shalom and Auja crossings in the past few hours, while others are still lined up around the crossing awaiting the completion of crossing procedures.

He added that the inspections and checks imposed by the occupation authorities continue to slow the pace of aid entry, despite the relative improvement that occurred after the ceasefire agreement came into effect.
