Huawei MatePad Pro is designed to support with Huawei handsets, wearables and other devices. It features a 10.8-inch HD display with support for the cinema-grade DCI-P3 colour gamut. With ultra-thin bezels, it has the world’s highest tablet screen-to-body ratio, at 90 per cent.

MatePad Pro presents greatly improved performance and elevated energy efficiency. It also works smarter with Huawei’s self-developed architecture NPU that intelligently allocates computing power while boosting AI performance10.

With the Mali-G76 MC16 GPU architecture enhanced by GPU-Turbo technology, it delivers better visuals for movies and games, according to borneopost.com.

Meanwhile, Multi-screen Collaboration also enables drag-and-drop file transfers between smartphones and tablets. Peripheral sharing lets users type on the smartphone using the tablet’s keyboard and screen, play music saved on the smartphone with the tablet’s speakers

MatePad Pro also comes in a 5G variant. The iPad Pro 2020 we talk about in this comparison is the 11-inch variant since it is the most similar to Huawei MatePad Pro in terms of price and features.

According to gizmochina.com, Pro’s battery has a 7250 mAh capacity and it supports a 40W fast charging tech, one of the fastest charging technologies ever seen on a tablet. Unlike the iPad Pro, it even supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. The iPad Pro supports reverse charging via cable, but you can not charge it wirelessly.

Noteworthy, Huawei unveiled P40 series flagships on March 26. The quad camera smartphone will be launched in Europe, more specifically in Spain. It is essentially a rebranded version of the Huawei Nova 6 SE which launched in China back in December.

According to the firm, the primary camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera, and another 2MP depth sensor. The quad camera setup is arranged in the shape of a square which closely resembles the camera housing on the iPhone 11 and Pixel 4 series.

Battery capacity of the P40 Lite is set at 4,200mAh and it comes with 40W SuperCharge. This battery size and wired charging speed is identical to the P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro.

The Huawei P40 Lite is reportedly priced at €299 (~$326) in Spain. It runs on the 7nm Kirin 810 processor just like the recently launched global variant of the Honor 9X Pro.
