Huawei will unveil P40 series flagships on March 26. The quad camera smartphone will be launched in Europe, more specifically in Spain. It is essentially a rebranded version of the Huawei Nova 6 SE which launched in China back in December.

According to the firm, the primary camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro camera, and another 2MP depth sensor. The quad camera setup is arranged in the shape of a square which closely resembles the camera housing on the iPhone 11 and Pixel 4 series.

Meanwhile, the handset runs on EMUI 10 based on Android 10. Given the ongoing US trade ban on Huawei, the phone does not feature Google Mobile Services (GMS). Instead its comes with Mobile's  services, including the revamped Huawei AppGallery.

Battery capacity of the P40 Lite is set at 4,200mAh and it comes with 40W SuperCharge. This battery size and wired charging speed is identical to the P30 Pro and Mate 20 Pro.

The Huawei P40 Lite is reportedly priced at €299 (~$326) in Spain. It runs on the 7nm Kirin 810 processor just like the recently launched global variant of the Honor 9X Pro.

According to techradar new, the dubious future laid out for Huawei's handsets, we're eagerly anticipating the upcoming Huawei P40 smartphone. The Huawei P30 and P30 Pro from 2019 are some of our favorite phones, with the latter topping our best camera phones list for a long time thanks to its 5x optical zoom Periscope lens and great software.

New phones like the Samsung Galaxy S20 family as well as the rumored iPhone 12 are sure to be tough competition for Huawei and its P40 phones, so it'll be exciting to see what the company includes in 2020.
