The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately warm to hot weather will prevail in most parts of the country during Thursday's daylight hours.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Canal Cities, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai.
Wind speeds of between 30 and 35 kilometres per hour (km/h) are expected to occasionally occur across the country.
Meteorologists also predict that Egypt will experience a slight rise in temperature.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in the Red Sea, the Gulf of Suez, and the Gulf of Aqaba with winds averaging 40 to 70 km/h and waves ranging between 2:3.5 meters.
Moderately cold to cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 27°C in Cairo, 23°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 30°C in Sohag, 34°C in Qena, and 34°C in Aswan.
