Hot Weather Prevails across Egypt on Wednesday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will witness a slight rise in the temperature and hot weather, during daylight hours on Wednesday.

Hot weather is foreseen to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt,  North Upper Egypt, and South Sinai.

It is also foreseen that moderate weather will prevail in the Western Coasts, and moderately hot weather to prevail in Eastern Coasts and extremely hot conditions on the south of the country.

Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, said that the country will witness fog on some agricultural roads close to water areas, leading to and from the Northern Coasts and the Canal cities. The fog will also prevail in Lower Egypt and North Upper Egypt.

It is also predicted that winds will be active in Cairo, at intermittent periods.

Pleasant weather is predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and Northern coasts, at night.

It is also foreseen that moderate conditions will prevail in South Sinai and the South of the country.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 35C in Cairo, 27C in Alexandria, 26C in Marsa Matruh, 37C in Sohag, 38C in Qena, and 41C in Aswan.
