The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Monday's daylight hours.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to prevail in the South Upper Egypt.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, North Upper Egypt, North Coast, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, and Central Sinai, severely limiting horizontal visibility.
Wind will occur occasionally across the country.
There is a chance of light rainfall hitting the North Coast and North Upper Egypt.
The Mediterranean Sea will experience light to moderate waves ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Suez will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 2 metres in height with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 29°C in Cairo, 28°C in Alexandria, 27°C in Marsa Matruh, 34°C in Sohag, 36°C in Qena, and 36°C in Aswan.
