The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather will prevail in most of the country during Friday's daylight hours.
Extremely hot weather is also expected to prevail in the South Upper Egypt.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, North Upper Egypt, North Coast, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, and Central Sinai, severely limiting horizontal visibility.
Wind will occur occasionally across the country.
Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between southwest and northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 2 metres in height varying between northwest and southwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 31°C in Cairo, 29°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 34°C in Sohag, 35°C in Qena, and 38°C in Aswan.
